Kevin joined Conquip soon after it was founded and is responsible for leading high profile ground engineering projects with Civils, Infrastructure and Tier 1 contractors in the pre-construction phase. As a champion of early contractor engagement, he sees the significant benefit this can bring in identifying new and innovative approaches to construction methodology, to improve productivity, safety and sustainability. Kevin works closely with commercial and construction projects leaders at the tender stage and with temporary works engineers both within Conquip and on the client-side to ensure projects meet the planned schedule, sequencing and commercials required.
